Membership of a recognised professional body with a listing in the widely circulated Directory of Members, now combined with the Journal.
Professional Journal
The annual Journal, with circulation of more than 1500 copies, covers important issues and technical developments involving rural issues.
Monthly Bulletin Download Monthly Bulletin
Rural business administrators perform a key management role and the monthly bulletin updates members on current legislation and informs them of important government department deadlines, subsidy changes and industry news. There are also in-depth technical articles relevant to rural business as well as notices of branch meetings, workshops and training information. The bulletin is also a prime vehicle for recruitment advertising.
Continuing Professional Development
Development of skills through the IAgSA CPD scheme. Members taking part in CPD are identified in the directory of members.
Professional network
There are 30 branches nationwide which meet regularly to hold seminars and training sessions as well as social meetings. The branch network provides vital regional support and recruitment opportunities.
Members Internet Forum
Access to information and forums through members internet pages.
National Conference
The IAgSA week end conference is held each spring at a different location around the country every year. The event is well respected and supported by many professionals particularly those involved in business services and information technology.
Membership is open to anyone meeting the requirements (details available on request). Others with an interest in rural, agricultural and horticultural administration, but not eligible for membership, may become affiliated to IAgSA as either individuals or companies.
