RPA SPS Update (6th May 2011)

SPS Online – SP9 Authorisations

RPA have received a number of queries about the level of SPS scheme empowerment that agents must have in order to apply electronically for SPS on behalf of a client.  

Agents must  be empowered to view and amend scheme claims in order to submit an SPS application electronically. This is the same as is required for paper applications. Where an agent does not have this level of empowerment to submit an application electronically for SPS 2011, an SP9 Agent/Partnership Authorisation Form should be submitted by 16th May.
